Then ups was pretty much saying to bad because the person living at the address claims at one point to have had the package that was good enough for them even though that person wasn't the person named on the package. but the location he claims to have gave it to hasn't been there for weeks according to the store owner were the Canada post was located inside.

then they sent the driver a second time and the guy made up some sorry about giving the package to a Canada post outlet. then another week before they sent a driver out then the guy living there told the driver the first time he never saw it. then it took 4 days of calling just to get anyone on the phone because no one was taking calls. problem is the day the driver delivered it he never bothered to do an out for delivery scan near the end out of day the tracking updated to delivered. called ups 3 times before it was delivered to try to do an address change they said our system wont let us do nothing well its in transit u have to wait for the out for delivery scan then we can request an intercept. 2 days after it was shipped found out he moved.
Good luck i shipped a package to my nephew a few weeks back. I can’t afford not having what I paid for. I bought this furniture back in February before I lost my job due to the virus. I knocked on doors of all my neighbours places and spoke with several irritated folks. If the driver really did leave it with a woman then it wasn’t me. I checked the whole neighbourhood for places UPS might have left it.
I was sleeping when it arrived, I woke up 20 minutes after I got the email notification it got delivered and I went outside to look it’s nowhere to be seen. I wish there was something I could do like just find out where my package is. Maybe a new driver came today on the delivery truck. This is not the first time I’ve ordered from UPS, they know my address. It’s like having my own front desk for mail. I live above a corner store, and the store takes all deliveries for me and signs for them for me. I’ve never had an issue with mail delivered to me before.
